Fun top team

Last Wednesday it was a very fine day it was so fine we had top team we as the senors  we did it for fun a.d enjoyment and we did it at South Hornby School. If you do not know what top team is there are courses you have to do. In your group you get points. Rules are NO CHEATING and if you cheat you lose points. There are water activities and none water activities. The water activities are fun because you have to work as a group. we got very wet I love that day it was so spectacular.

We have been learning about Pablo Picasso and cubism.

  For  the week we have been doing colander art. We had to draw a tree. Then we had to color in the tree in with vivid. Then you get pastel and smudge until you can't see the paper and there is your finished project

Athletics

Athletics

This week we have had athletics. On Friday we 
learned how to run, jump and throw. It was fun. 
We trained on the field. We trained with Hurdles and we had to zigzag trough the long poles. They were yellow and blue. We did races around the obstacles. My team came 2nd. 
At the next athletics, we practiced with 1kg balls, nerf balls, yellow balls and shot put. 
Yesterday we practiced long distance and high jump. We are doing run, jump and throw for athletics and if we're are good we will make it to the West Zone Team and compete at Burnside Primary School in November.

My pom pom hero

  This week for hot spots we had to make pompom heroes

or go to Mr Breach if we want to do something else so i chose

to make a pompom hero i made mine half black half white the eyes

are blue the cape is orange and blue with an R.

Fun Digi awardeds

Digi awarded is so fun if I had a chose I could do it everyday 

I would do it over and over and over again I just would not stop 

until i am very old like 60 years old then I would stop. Then if 

I fagot how to make something I will just go onto my blog and it will tell me 

how to make something like a game if I dd not have a blog I would just forget

 everything

My inspiration to do Maker Creator

The thing that inspired me to do Maker Creator is that before, I did not

 know how to make a game. Then a thing called The Digi Awards and there was

a category called Maker Creator so I gave it a go. I clicked

the category and it told me that you can make a game. I thought I

could not do it. Then I believed in myself. I gave it a try and

my first prototype was just an animation. I gave it

 another try and it was a proper game. It was called

Flappy bird. It is called sci-fi

Why I chose Make a Creator.

I chose the Maker Creator category because you get to experience
more learning by learning to make a game. If you get given a task that involves coding, you should give it a go because in the future, instead of writing you will need to know how to code because computer programming is the future.
 It has been a journey for me that has been fun. If there was a job to
make games I would do it because you get to put your ideas

My Digiaward entry prototyping

I have been learning how to create games using coding. 

Today I learned how to add a background and Change the avatar.

My next step is to learn how to

The thing that inspired me to do coding is that you can learn new things, like how to code and make games.
I have made a plan about the game. You have to plan before you make the game and here it is. My first game is just a prototype animation, but I made a different game. It is called Flappy Bird .

                                  Do I deserve my initiative tag ?
 I think I deserve my initiative tag because I am self motivated and I get on with my work and try and get much as I can get done. I solve problems by helping people that are stuck on work and get them throw it easy and faster.

Sam Dickson

Sam Dickson came to the senior syndicate on the 2 June on Monday and he plays for the all blacks 7 team. Then he showed his medals and he is 25 years old . Then he told us  where he trains he trains at Denton park and Leslie  park. Then we sang  Waitaha and  Halleljah.
