Question- 

- Describe at least one way that a character or individual changed in the text.

- At the beginning- she was kind, loving. She's is two faced. perfect model of a mum, a bit starting, button eyes

-  At the end - crazy, strange, violent, malicious, sinister, looks can be dissenting.
